At HART Tools, we take pride in the quality of our tools. If you purchased your product from and are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may begin a return below. All purchases are eligible for refund within 30 days of fulfillment, or store credit within 90 days of fulfillment. You will need your order number and shipping zip code to start a return.​

Please note, only orders placed through can be returned through the link below. All returns are subject to a $9.99 restocking fee. If you have received a damaged or defective product, please specify the issue in your return submission. Refunds will be processed to original form of payment within 10 days, once we have received and approved the product in our warehouse.​

We will accept any tool in good condition within 90 days of fulfillment. Please note, we reserve the right to reject your return once we've received it in our warehouse.​

Return Instructions:​

  1. 1. Securely pack items with pack slip inside the package. Please use original packaging if possible.​

  2. 2. Attach your return label to the package.​

  3. 3. Drop off the package within 28 days to your nearest carrier location.

  5. 4. We'll issue your refund or store credit once we approve your return.​
