What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards, as well as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

How do I pay with a gift card from a return?

You will receive an email with your store credit gift card once your return has been approved. Enter the gift card code in the "Discount code or gift card" field (not the payment section). You can use a gift card on any order.

Can I purchase a gift card? 

We do not offer gift cards for purchase at this time.

Can I cancel or change my order? 

Once your order has been placed, no changes or cancellations can be made.

An item from my order is missing, what do I do?

Please check your shipping confirmation email to confirm which item(s) should have arrived. Sometimes orders will ship in multiple packages. If you believe that an item was forgotten, please contact our customer engagement team.
